Food and Pottery - Week Two

Powisset Farm CSA week two included favorites like two heads of green Lettuce!, yummy Spinach, and Radishes! Here is my food and pottery connection for week two:

Sauteed Radishes:
Butter
radishes, quartered
radish greens of arugula
lemon juice
salt
pepper

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add radishes and cook about 5 minutes; transfer to bowl.
Put just washed greens of arugula in skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Turn off heat. add lemon juice and radishes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
